Description: This 40-year-old female came in desirous of having breast surgery. We performed bilateral breast augmentation using 450 cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Saline implants filling the right to 495 cc and the left 475 cc. Following this we performed bilateral vertical mastoepxy. NOTE: Look of incision. Was 36B Now 36D
