Description: This 21-year-old female comes in for a small reduction and correction of her asymmetry of her breasts. We performed bilateral reduction mammoplasty with mastopexy. Was 36DD - Now 36C Removed 432 grams from the right breast. Removed 396 grams from the left breast.
